This expansion is primarily fueled by a growing population, increasing disposable incomes, and a heightened awareness of the health benefits associated with dairy consumption. Consumers are increasingly seeking premium and specialized dairy products, driving demand for cultured butter, artisanal cheeses, and a wider variety of flavored yogurts and milk beverages. The "on-trade" distribution channel, encompassing restaurants, hotels, and catering services, is expected to play a crucial role in this growth, alongside the rapidly expanding "off-trade" sector, particularly online retail and convenience stores, catering to busy lifestyles. The focus on sustainability and ethical sourcing is also gaining traction, with consumers increasingly scrutinizing the environmental impact of their food choices. Companies like Nestlé SA, Danone SA, and Groupe Lactalis are at the forefront, leveraging their global expertise and local market understanding to capture a significant share.
